Het werd een dag van kennisdeling, herkenning en vooral menselijke verbondenheid.<\/p><p>Naast de wetenschappelijke inzichten en praktische adviezen was er ook ruimte om ervaringen en gevoelens met elkaar te delen. De open gesprekken en ontmoetingen maakten duidelijk hoe belangrijk het is om elkaar te ondersteunen en hoop te blijven geven.<\/p><p>Een bijzonder aangrijpend moment was de moedige getuigenis van Jan, die zijn persoonlijke verhaal deelde. Zijn openheid en veerkracht raakten velen en onderstreepten nogmaals hoe waardevol het is om ervaringen bespreekbaar te maken.\u00a0<a
